Shipping Policy

Plan the dress around the invitation, and leave room for delivery and a fit check. We ship within the contiguous United States only.

Where we deliver

Delivery is available to the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military APO/FPO/DPO addresses or destinations outside the United States.

Processing and transit

• Order processing: 1–3 business days.
• Shipping transit: 2–7 days after dispatch.

Processing and transit are separate. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. These are estimated delivery periods rather than guaranteed event-date arrival. Allow extra time before an occasion and check the order confirmation for your delivery details.

Standard shipping cost

Standard shipping is $6.99 for orders below $59. Orders of $59 or more receive free standard shipping. The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after any discounts and before tax. Your bag and checkout show the applicable charge.

Tracking and address details

We send shipment tracking by email when it is available. Enter your full street address, apartment or unit number, city, state and ZIP code at checkout. If you spot an error, contact us as soon as possible; an address change may not be possible after dispatch.

Delays or delivery problems

If a tracking update stops moving, a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or an item arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and the details. We will review the shipment and help resolve the issue. If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will provide a revised estimate and the option to cancel for a refund, consistent with applicable requirements.
