These terms apply to your use of couturelaneco.com and purchases from CoutureLane LLC. Please review them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

Shopping with us

You must be able to enter a binding agreement or have permission from a parent or guardian to use the store. Provide accurate contact and address information and keep your account credentials private. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful content.

Product information and fit

Product pages describe the features and measurements available for each style. Size labels can differ between designs; compare your measurements with that product’s chart. Screen settings and lighting can affect the appearance of colors. Accessories shown in styling photographs are not included unless the product page states otherwise.

Prices and orders

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping and taxes, if any, are shown at checkout before you place your order. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of an order; it does not prevent us from contacting you about an error or an item we cannot fulfill. If we need to cancel an order, we will notify you and refund any amount collected for the canceled items.

We may correct an inaccurate description or price. If a material error affects an order already placed, we will contact you so you can choose whether to proceed with the corrected information or cancel for a refund. We do not apply price changes retroactively without your agreement.

Delivery and returns

We deliver to the contiguous 48 states. Processing takes 1–3 business days; transit takes 2–7 days. Standard shipping is $6.99 below $59, and free at $59 or more. Delivery periods are estimates. Our Shipping Policy explains address questions and delays.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused merchandise in its original packaging. The Returns & Refunds Policy provides the full return address, shipping responsibility and inspection process.

Website content

Our branding, original text and site design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping, but may not copy or republish its content for commercial purposes without permission. Third-party rights remain with their respective owners.

Responsibility and applicable law

We work to keep the store accurate and available, but occasional interruptions or errors may occur. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited. Colorado law governs these terms to the extent permitted, without overriding mandatory protections that apply where you live.
